Spoke with Lukas on the phone before bringing my car in for new tires. He was respectful and welcoming from the call to the end of my service. Scott and Evan were also both respectful and helpful. I went to the Henderson, NV Marks Street location and they were awesome! Stanley greeted us with professionalism and crossed his t’s and dotted his i’s when it came to replacing our tires. I purchased the tires online and took advantage of their online scheduling. I was able to get a spot within 2 hours on the same day. When I arrived, they were waiting for me and installation was completed within 30 minutes. Highly recommended. Thank you Discount Tire!

Excellent customer service! I needed 5 new trailer tires ASAP. I called and talked with the manager who provided several options over the phone and scheduled an appointment for a few hours later. When I showed up, it was scorching hot, but the crew worked quickly and mounted 5 new tires, putting 4 on the trailer and 1 spare, within less than 15 minutes. The air conditioning in the waiting area was nice and cool which offered a nice place to chill while I waited. Kaleb (I may have the name incorrect) informed me as soon as they were done and asked if there was anything else I needed or if I had questions. He and the crew worked in some sweltering heat, and they deserve to be recognized and appreciated. Overall, it a pleasant experience and even received a veteran’s discount. Thank you!
Let me say this is by far the most efficient tire place that I have gone to ever. I had a huge nail in my back tire and they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour, and may I also mention that the service was complementary. The staff were very friendly and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They also have pretty good deals on tires so check them out.
