Came in for a tire repair. The staff were friendly and attentive. My car was repaired in less time than expected. This location is convenient with plenty of parking and the staff are professional and the service department is experienced and efficient

I recently bought new tires for my Range Rover and had an excellent experience. Riley helped me out and made the whole process super easy. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I got the best price, they even price match, which saved me a good amount! The service was fast, the pricing was great, and everything went smoothly. They’ve been super busy today and after 3 trips for 3 different cars, they’ve remained super helpful and kind. Even with the stress of a roomful of people, and others waiting outside for their last minute finishes before closing. My friend had to get tires same-day ordered. The original truck never delivered, and we weren’t notified of the delay. However, I still chose 5 stars because one of the employees made a point to recognize the tires didn’t arrive as scheduled and had a courier bring them prior to closing so they’d still be finished today. They’re doing a great job and maintaining a great professional attitude despite everything on their plates today Great job guys and gals!

Edit: Changed my review from 2 stars to 4. They contacted me immediately and made everything right. A+ for customer service. Thank you Discount Tire. Front desk was very helpful. I wasn't happy spending $1460 on a new set that had scuffs on the sidewalls(my old tires looked better). I also wasn't happy that they didn't clean the fix a flat I had to use off the rim( car has a kit instead of spare tire). Also I now have some small scratches on one rim but I can't be sure they did it. I guess fifteen hundred bucks isn't what it used to be. Oh well. Edit: changing review to 2 stars. Sheesh drove 2 days and tpms light came on. While detailing my car I notice 2 of the 4 tires have new valves(tpms?) ugly and mismatched from my originals now I am going back to get them to fix tpms. Photos below.
