Didn’t feel like I was being upsold. Drove over after a previous shop quoted me $60 for an oil change (knowing my car make /model/year) and upon arrival of the appt. told me it would be $120. This wasn't the first time a shop tried to pull one over on me. BUT THIS SHOP was honest and even dropped me off at work and picked me up when it was done. 10/10 will be back for other maintenance!!

Customer service was okay. I wasn't happy that they could not remove the protection optional plan. It's optional but I didn't have the option to remove it they didn't give it to me. On top of that didn't replace my old file stands on four of my wheels so I had to come back two days later to get it replaced. When I got it replaced I got my car back with the steering wheel dirty and made my hands get dirty and black thank you for that great service. I don't even know I'm probably guessing they probably didn't even balance my wheels most likely.
