If I could give it zero stars, I would I went to buy a brand new Samsung Galaxy phone from them and it Turned out to be a galaxy outer case but everything on the inside was either refurbished or just mismatched pieces put together to make the phone work and it didn't work long. I paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars and they refused to give me my money back when after only a couple of weeks it stopped working. This was some years ago and I still have the phone. I'm looking at it right now and every time I look at it, I get pissed off because you know galaxies was not cheap. I think I paid 5 or 6 hundred for this phone. Don't buy new phones from them, go to a reputable dealer.

Yeah, so over the last couple of days, our spirit, quite a lot of trouble with my telephone. But I was able today to get it corrected. And I'm very satisfied with being with Verizon right now and I thank everybody that helped me through the situation, I had to get through to get my phone operate right, and I had good customer service up at the telephone place that I went to and I want to say thank you and have a great day
