Friendly staff, but my overall experience was disappointing. The final price ended up being $25 higher than the quote I received over the phone, which I could have overlooked if the quality of the work had been solid. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. I had my phone camera lens replaced, and the result is blurry, with visible dust and debris trapped inside the lens. This is not professional-quality work, and I’m surprised there wasn’t more care taken to properly clean and inspect it before completing the repair. I declined their attempts to upsell additional repairs on my phone, because based on this experience, I doubt those would have gone well either.

The phone repair took over twice the amount of time they said it would take. I got the back of my phone glass replaced because the glass was cracked by the camera. Camera was working fine but after the repair is now unable to focus. My phone suggests that my lens may need cleaning, so no one took the time to clean out whatever debris was behind the glass casing after it broke and I have to go back to the store a second time to get it cleaned. Overall upset.
