We had our wedding at district 5 and it was everything I have ever wanted! We had the ceremony on the roof and kept it small and intimate. Then we had more guests for the reception and it turned out perfect! Guests were able to mingle between floors, dance, and sit if they wanted! We had a ton of compliments on this venue! Everything was easy to book, plan, and the venue managers were very responsive. Definitely would recommend looking at this location for a wedding if you want a more non-traditional wedding! :)

I would not recommend this place. I had a contract for my dad's 80th birthday celebration and after 2 months, Alfred Williams V, cancelled my event for no reason to make more money during Music Fest weekend. Never gave reason, Never offered to pay for another event as a result of him cancelling and being apologetic nor called me to tell me it was cancelled. A friend of mine called Alfred Williams to find out he was cancelling after asking a question about the venue. I just so happen to be on the 3-way call, which he was unaware I was on the call until afterwards. This is not someone you want to deal business, or in a political setting. He is not being true to contracts signed and honoring, he is about his pockets and himself. It will all be a political game if elected as a state rep or anything political. I will be about how he can benefit himself not what he can do to make a district better. This was a prime example of his behavior. I have several papers that list Alfred as an owner. If he is not, that is something you will need to deal with. I had a contract that was legal and binding and was cancelled for no reason after a deposit was given and nearly 2 months giving me 1 month to to change and or cancel a mile stone event, which cost me.
