The food truck came to my job today. I ordered the lemon herb salmon sliders and pomegranate lemonade. The salmon I ordered to be cooked to chef's recommendations. It was wonderful! It tasted as if I got it from a restaurant. The lemonade was so good. I didn't expect the food and drink to be as if I was in a fancy restaurant. I would order again and I will look out for the food truck from now on!

My husband and I had an opportunity to eat the food at the Grace Covenant Church Fall Fest and it was scrumptious! He had the Shrimp Po'Boy (fresh shrimp) and I had the Cheeseburger. Great food. I’ve liked the idea of food trucks ever since I went to visit my brother in Cali. Now I have a friends whose husband owns one.
