I give it 5 stars (by Perth standards) and for having a friendly & persuasive staff to serve us. He is a credit to the business! - 🍓 matcha croissant: generous strawberry puree filling, not overly sweet. Just right matcha 'mousse'. Great to share. Came out at 8am. - beef kimchi croissant: great for a savoury brekkie. Real beef slices. Kimchi not too strong. - Biscoff croissant was visually super tempting To me, the croissant isn't the best I've ever had, but it is the BEST IN PERTH I've had. You can taste that they use top quality butter and lots of it. A tad too heavy and not quite as many crispy layers as my very favourite in Singapore, but that's just me. Creative, original flavours + wide selection + firm favourites - what's not to love? - Red velvet cookie: cheesecake inside, perfectly soft moist texture, not too sweet, much better than others in Perth. Rich, so good for sharing. - Mac & cheese cruffin: sour cream balanced out the butter in the pastry; rich & filling. - Mango cheesecake: Basque-style, I believe. Not too sweet; a medium between the chilled lightness of no-bake cheesecakes and richness of New York/Boston styles. Walked from Pan Pacific at 730am thanks to Google maps telling me 'pastry nearby'. 5 items $50. You can request a covered box if you are travelling far (like us bringing half of it home 45 mins away, to share!) I will be back to try the savoury Danishes & loaded cinnamon scrolls, more croissants & filled cookies :) Please tell me you will open a second branch south of the river soon. Cockburn Gateway or Central train station has zero competition and a wide demographic for your treats.

Absolutely the best patisserie in Perth! Part of me wants to keep this gem a secret, but it’s too good not to share. The cinnamon scrolls are out of this world—truly nothing else compares. I love how soft they are and how generous they are with the icing, it’s heavenly. The danishes are so yum, and the garlic butter croissant… Is just insane. You can think you know what a good pastry is until you try Do Dough and then realise you had no idea and it’s so much better than what you thought.

I have tried many croissant joints as a croissant lover and I can confidently say that Do Dough has the best tasting croissants in Perth. Dare I say best croissant I’ve ever eaten. The croissants have a nice buttery and flakey outside with such a soft and warm centre. The owner is a kind, lovely and hardworking person that I had the pleasure of meeting and I look forward to visiting the cafe again hopefully soon!

I was hunting for the perfect warm plain croissant throughout Perth (focused on near CBD). The rest of places were hit and miss even when I requested for them to warm. Only Do Dough hits the spot. They helped to warm the plain croissant and oh my… it was sooooo good! Crispy outside and nicely warm inside. And if you are there by 8am, it’s fresh from oven!
