Very disappointed. Firstly if you have a problem don't bother to phone the store as the phone doesn't work. According to the staff it has not worked for a while. I Ordered items online for collection. Took a while and several emails to dobbies before I was notified that some of the items were ready and others not available. Having gone to collect the available items, I was shocked by what they had prepared for me. One of the plants had brocken stems hanging off the pot and the other looked droopy and almost dead. They claimed it was all they had left. Total waste of time and fuel. I won't be shopping there again. Will stick with B&Q.

Went there for a look around and some lunch and unfortunately not a good experience. The cafe is an absolute disgrace the tables were not cleard and the place was far from busy and they have a carpeted area were a lady was told she had to sit on the next table with her little dog as the carpeted area was no dogs allowed. I think the dog was relieved as the carpets are a disgrace all stained and stinking 🤢 needless to say we will definitely not be returning any time soon
