After a few minutes of looking around we were approached by Elaine in the Liverpool store who was very processional and caring in helping us find the perfect couch and sort the payment for it, whilst we also had a crying baby she was very attentive and offered us drinks and a biscuit for the baby. We are extremely happy with the customer service we received and couch we chose. Thank you!
What a great experience at Sofa Club Liverpool from the minute we arrived we were made to feel really welcome & even offered a drink By Elaine who was so friendly. Fabulous Bar Area, The store is great & lots of Sofas to choose from. We Will definitely be back for Sofa number 2 & would highly recommend this store x
Went to the Sofa Club showroom about a month ago and had a really great experience. The staff were lovely, super helpful, and zero pressure. The whole place has a cool, relaxed vibe, and the bar is such a nice touch — definitely not your average sofa shop.
I bought a 4 seater and 3 seater sofa, puff and snuggle chair from Sofa Club. The sales rep, Elaine, was unbelievable, Shea’s so knowledgeable, supportive and reassuring it really put me at ease. The sofa arrived the next day. The whole process was amazing from start to finish. I would 💯 recommend
I had a fantastic showroom experience at Sofa Club! The selection was impressive, with styles ranging from modern to classic, and everything was beautifully displayed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect sofa that matched both my space and budget. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the showroom itself is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Plenty parking too! I would highly recommend!
