These people pulled off probably one of the hardest jobs I’ve ever seen and made it come out flawless! I purchased a yellow gold Cartier love bracelet However, it was an impulse purchase and it was a little too big for my liking, after going back to Cartier they said it would be 40% of the price to resize it. I ended up coming here instead and they took personal responsibility for the project and make sure it came out perfect for a fraction of the price can’t recommend them enough.

I haven’t had the necklace long enough to speak on the durability of the repair but so far it has lasted longer than my previous repair at another location.
