We've had periodic/seasonal problems with ants in our house and hired Dodson a couple of years ago to try and solve the issue. While the ants still occasionally reappear, Dodson does a great job of responding, both on a normal monthly basis and with one-off visits, if necessary, which has gotten the problem under control. We generally see the same technician (Hunter Pullin) who provides consistency and is very responsive to any issues.

Anytime I’ve needed them, they are able to come and help quickly and they are timely with our every other month appointments and keep me informed when they are coming. Recently, the technician Christian came around for the first time and he did a thorough job of getting rid of a ton of webs in the basement. Appreciate that everyone here is helpful and no request has ever been too much of them!
