Dog City does such a great job with our little Havanese. We’ve been seeing Heather for baths and grooming for several years and highly recommend her. She always gets Napa looking her best and does a beautiful clip ( not a shave!) The best recommendation comes from Napa who’s always happy to see Heather and Dog City.

I have been going to dog city since I moved to design district. First of all the commute to them is like 4mins and easy parking to drop off and pick up. Everyone employed there is high energy and empathetic to your pet! I’ve never seen a groomers place like this before! HEATHER is my go to groomer like I schedule my dog to go to her every time. She always walks out with Sam and tells me her experience and any issues. Heather goes above and beyond with my girl Sam of 10 years old. Sam kicks a lot when getting her nails done and Heather handles her very well too make sure it gets done without stress. Her fur literally feels like butter when she leaves heather. No groomer does an awesome job like Heather at dog city. So I really appreciate the care they have for pets there. I would do daycare if I ever needed it too, the hotel compliments all the dogs needs and pampers them. Do not hesitate to go here and if your pets has any complications just communicate that and they will do their best to make sure it is accommodated.

Loki absolutely loves his doggy daycare experience at Dog City. I appreciate the friendly and caring staff who learn all the dogs’ quirks and personalities to help ensure every pup has a fun experience. It’s clear the staff truly cares about each pet and the place is always clean and well run. Loki is always ready to go back for another day of play! Thanks Dog City for being an exceptional place for daycare.

It's easy to tell when a location is ran by dog lovers, and I can't even begin to explain how awesome this place is. My dog Freyja used to love going to daycare here. When we moved out of the area it broke my heart to have to find another daycare closer to our new place. If I ever have to go on a business trip for a couple of days I'm definitely making the trip to drop her off here for the stay. For the employees at dogcity just know Freyja definitely will miss all of you 🐶💗

The whole experience was so great the whole team was fantastic and understanding and Ms.Heather was wonderful. She did a fantastic job grooming and giving my baby a haircut, and for this to be his first time and for both of us to be so nervous she handled it so well and was so great at reassuring me he’d be okay. He was most definitely in good hands and will definitely be back!
