made an appointment with one specific groomer and when I picked her up they slipped up and told me the male groomer groomed her. he didn’t express her anal glands or pluck her ears like I requested and PAID FOR! they also didn’t cut her down AT ALL which caused her to maher matted shortly after the grooming; so I just had to get her shaved down this grooming. very disappointed . for $130 for a 4.5 pound dog is INSANEEEEEEEEE
