We couldn’t be happier with Dog Royalty! We had our 10 month old staffy booked in for the Xmas holiday period, and were a little nervous leaving her for the first time. Those nerves quickly disappeared with the regular updates, photos and videos of our girl having the time of her life. The entire experience was easy and positive, the pre-assessment process assured us that the safety of the pets boarding with them was paramount, the information pack was thorough and covered everything we needed to know. The regular detailed updates, videos and photos were heartwarming. It was very clear that Hayley, Holly, Chris and their whole team are passionate about providing excellent care for pets in a home away from home. Our Zarli came home calm and happy and with many new friends. We won’t hesitate to rebook.

Our Italian Greyhound, Louis, has been attending Dog Royalty 3 times a week for over 2 years now and we couldn't be happier with the care he receives. From day one, the staff have made us (and Louis) feel completely comfortable — they’re attentive, professional, and genuinely passionate about the dogs they look after. I love getting updates and photos throughout the day, and I always know he’s in great hands. He comes home happy, tired, and content after spending time with his friends. Another huge plus is their pickup and drop-off service. It takes such a weight off my schedule knowing Louis can be safely picked up and returned home after a fun day of play. Thank you to everyone at Dog Royalty for treating Louis like part of your family — we’re so grateful for everything you do! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and fun place for their treasured pup.

The team at Dog Royalty are all amazing, my pup Freddie loves going to daycare every week, rain or shine he has fun with his friends and comes home tired and happy! They’re professional, responsive and accomodating to any requests. The fact I can go to work knowing Freddie will be picked up and dropped off home and is in safe hands all day is amazing and worth every penny! Would highly recommend them to anyone😊

We absolutely love Dog Royalty! Archibald Soave attends doggy day care weekly and has also attended doggy camp aka enrichment boarding when we have been on holidays. All the staff are incredible and take such good care of him and always provide regular updates and photos. The pick up / drop off service is incredible and we can’t thank the team enough for the love they give our Archibald Soave!

We recently sent our pup, Havana, to Dog Royalty for boarding during the busy December holiday period. As first-time clients, we were naturally nervous about leaving her for an extended stay, but the team went above and beyond to ensure both Havana and we felt completely at ease. Before her long stay, we opted for a trial period, which was an excellent decision—it completely put our minds at rest! The team provided daily updates with photos and videos, so we could see how happy and comfortable Havana was. Prior to her holiday stay, we also received a detailed email pack outlining all necessary information, including a structured schedule of activities, meal times, play sessions, training, and rest periods. This level of transparency gave us so much confidence in their care. Throughout Havana’s stay, Chris and the team kept us updated regularly, always responsive and professional. What stood out most was the constant supervision and genuine interaction the dogs receive—it’s clear they’re not just looked after but truly engaged and happy. The structured routine ensured Havana stayed active, well-fed, and mentally stimulated. We were beyond impressed with Dog Royalty and will absolutely be returning for future stays.
