Mediocre grooming at elevated prices compared to other groomers. The owner always seems brusque and it makes me worried that she is like that with the dogs. I would hope that she is kind to them but I want to take my dog to a place that I can be sure my dog is handled with kindness.

Moving to a new state brought with it the exciting challenge of discovering new local gems, and finding the perfect groomer for our beloved Shih Tzu was high on our list! We were so curious (and admittedly a little nervous) about where to take her, but our search led us to a truly wonderful establishment. From our very first interaction, the customer service was absolutely fantastic – warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. When we picked up our furry family member, we were simply delighted with the results; they did an excellent job with her grooming, leaving her looking absolutely adorable and feeling fantastic. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would joyfully and highly recommend them to any pet parent in search of top-notch care!

I am extremely satisfied with Katherine's work! The last groomer I visited left my dog with cuts all over his body and really bad ones over his eyes, I'm glad to say that's not the case with DogTerra! I have now brought both of my dogs here and will continue to bring them, they look great from day one unlike others where they have to grow into their cuts. I highly recommend her!!
