Yesterday while at Daycare, my Buddy got a deluxe bath/blowout and had his nails clipped. They did a great job! He was a clean, fluffy, happy boy when I picked him up, and he took many naps once he wa home. My thanks to Houndstown and their groomer, for a job well done!

If you want your dog to stare at a wall and come home smelling like piss every day, then this might be the place for you. Our dog hasn’t gone to this daycare in quite some time but I never submitted my review. No enrichment or time outside, so hopefully that has changed. Just dogs defecting on the floor and workers moving their mess around with a dirty mop that they never rinse. I know because I checked the cameras. We have found a much better place and can’t believe we ever entertained Dogtopia. We still feel guilt about it to this day.

I do not recommend this business. I have 2 puppies they are 5 months old (same litter). I was bombarded by ads on social media to try this daycare, so I bit the bullet. It was advertised the first day would be free and they would under go an evaluation. THIS IS STANDARD WITH ALL DOG DAYCARES NOTHING REALLY SPECIAL. I had 2 appointments set up where I was told to come with records they cancelled both then the day came for them to go to their evaluation I had Records in hand. 1 I was not accommodated the curbside service I think disability, race and socioeconomic status played a part in that. No problem I will walk the dogs to the door which I did. Now they try to sell you dog day care packages I was upfront and honest, im on disability and make a less then modest earning I can’t afford your packages I was thinking more of a once a week or once every other week. When they didn’t get the response they were looking for I’m guessing then is when they blocked access to the web cam I called all through out the day I went from the buck being passed as to who was responsible and promised through out the day in the next half hour it would be up and running IT NEVER HAPPENED. I went to pick my dogs up NO REPORT CARD. All of the things promised you never got. I went home I noticed my girl dog had a bite on her back skin broken and scabbed over. I ve had my puppies since 3 months they play and fight wrestle all day long never had broken skin EVER. This was a Friday. On Saturday early maybe about 8 am just 12 hours after leaving dog day care HE DROPPED A TOOTH THAT HAD BEEN CRACKED OUT HIS MOUTH ON THE SIDE. I would like to also note they reversed the collars in my dog they put the girl collar who is HALF THE SIZE OF HER BROTHER which means they had to adjust a yellow collar with flowers and but the BOY COLLAR a blue with colorful bones which swarms her around her neck. My car was towed Sunday or else I would have been right up there Monday morning. I called the and spoke to Jacquelyn a multitude of times and I requested to speak to the manager which is HANNAH. Hanna has dodged talking to me refused to call me back even 2 weeks later I called again to no avail. I was very mad two days ago when I called again for maybe the 10th time and Hannah refused to answer….. 👌 I PLACED AN ANIMAL CRUELTY CHARGE AGAINST THE FACILITY TODAY AND I HAVE ALSO CALLED THE BEWS STATION

I am so grateful we found Dogtopia Canton. I feel extremely confident that my dog will be well looked after and cared for when I drop him off for daycare and boarding. I deeply appreciate the enthusiasm and compassion the staff demonstrates towards the animals. I can always count on my dog to be utterly exhausted after a day at daycare or boarding. Thanks for loving this little guy!

Such a great daycare experience here with my Great Dane. When I first started bringing him, he pulled me away from the building due to separation anxiety and was terrified to go inside. After a few weeks of regular visits, the staff had worked with him so much that he pulled me TO the door for the remainder of time using their services. We experienced the sweetest staff and really appreciated having Dogtopia so close to where we lived at the time. We would definitely go back if we are in Baltimore again.
