If there was a negative star rating system I would have it at a -5 out of 10. Do not board your dog here by any means, first of all the place stinks really bad and if you ever check your dog on the cams the workers barely even bat an eye at them. Anyways why I’m writing this review is because I went away for the holidays, and I had to board my dog here. They called me saying that my dog had worms so she had to be isolated which I totally understand, but they also said I have to come back and pick her up. So you’re telling me that a boarding facility has to resort to the owner coming back the day after Christmas to come pick their dog up. I’m halfway across the country and they have no other option but to call the owner??? A boarding facility has no plans for a sick dog rather just to keep her in the crate all day like a kennel. I asked them if they were gonna play with her or anything!!!! You know what they said “yeah we will still make sure she has potty breaks and has water” oh so the bare minimum??? Thanks. Horrible place, never board your dog there. When they get sick you’ll get a call to come pick them up, doesn’t matter where you are but they have to be picked up, they have no other option and they’re a freaking boarding facility. Never have your dog go there. Worst place around!

My dog loves coming and playing with all of his friends! I feel confident that he is well-treated and looked after while at Dogtopia. He always comes home tired out, so I know he played so much!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving Nugget there. The only thing that was a little off putting, the building doesn’t smell that good. I saw staff cleaning all of the time, it just seems like a building wide air filtration system or aromatherapy diffuser would be nice especially in the lobby. I know it’s a building full of animals but it shouldn’t necessarily smell like that.

We started bringing our dog to Dogtopia so he would have social interactions and play on the days we are away from home more than 4 hours . Best Decision ever. Great Staff and the level of play, engagements is perfect . Westley comes home ready to take a nap.

To say the people who work here are awesome is an understatement! We lost our dog Friday morning and he ended up on the property. Alyssa had seen my post, messaged me. She, Ashley and Justin helped me for over an hour and a half, walked with Boo, walked into wooded areas. They went above and beyond and didn't even know us! This just speaks to the caliber of people they are. We will be taking any future animals there. I highly recommend them based on their kindness and compassion they show for all animals and people in need!!!❤️
