I am a now-former client of Petfolk. If you don’t join their “membership program” you and your pet are effectively handled like a second-class patient. I’m also skeptical the vet tech had any clue why we had an appointment today and didn’t realize we were just in last week. There’s something that really doesn’t feel right about a rewards program for healthcare. Most of the staff is friendly. Edit: “membership program” is preferred by staff.

I really can’t say enough good things— my little dog can be very reactive at the vet and was very calm throughout our visit. I strongly believe that’s because of the general temperament of this staff whose top priority is to keep their clinic “fear free”. They were so gentle with my baby and so kind to me as well. Looking forward to my next visit 🫶🏾

This place is severely understaffed. No point in showing up on time to your appointment. These people take forever and have no respect for your time. The vet tech was acting like she had never used a computer in her life. She clearly doesn’t know how to read either. A bunch of the questions she asked were already on our file. Like seriously, take a minute to read our file before the appointment. The actual doctor is really good, but having to deal with the rest of the clowns is not worth it

Found ourselves in need of Veterinary care (for the second time this trip) so we returned to Petfolk since we had such a great experience the first time. Again an amazing experience. Everyone is so nice and kind. Got me fixed up quickly and back to chasing treats!!
