They accept way too many dogs. Never enough employees to manage the pets left in their care. The employees give it their best, but they are obviously overwhelmed. Seems to need better management.

My girls absolutely loved coming here for boarding and daycare. The staff take such good care of your babies and share updates throughout the day. Alani & Bridgette will miss you guys!

Left my Border Collie for 10 days while we went on vacation. He’d been here numerous times before for both day care and boarding. We felt absolutely comfortable leaving him for this extended stay as he clearly LOVES coming here. When I bring him he can’t get thru the door fast enough and doesn’t even give me a second glance as he heads in back. The staff is very attentive and responsive to calls and texts. They even send daily pics and vids which is a nice touch if you’re away for an extended period.

DogTown is an absolute lifesaver and has easily earned a five-star review from me! Finding a place where I feel completely comfortable leaving my furry friend is such a relief, and DogTown provides exactly that. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely love dogs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always so enthusiastic. My dog absolutely loves going there, which speaks volumes. He comes home happy and tired after a day of playing in their spacious indoor and outdoor play areas. I love that they offer kennel-free daycare, allowing the dogs to socialize and get the exercise they need. I've also used their boarding services when I've traveled, and I never worry about my dog while he's in their care. They provide regular updates and even send pictures, which always brightens my day. It's clear they pay close attention to each dog's individual needs and personality. Their grooming services are also fantastic! My dog always comes back looking and smelling wonderful. It's so convenient to be able to combine daycare or boarding with a grooming appointment. We love this place and so does my dog. We use the daycare usually once a week to get some energy out of my 7 yr old Frenchie. We use the boarding as well when we can’t take him with us when we go out of town. All the staff are super friendly and you can tell they love the dogs. My dog gets so excited when I say let’s go to daycare. Oh, they also send you at least one video everyday that your pup is there. I look forward to receiving them. They make my day.
