We were so lucky to work with Haleigh from K9aholics, and I truly appreciate all the support and training she gave us. Our story started with a tough situation—we had a puppy that, no matter how hard we tried, just wasn’t the right fit for our family. From the very beginning, Haleigh showed incredible dedication and understanding. She went out of her way to make a house call, which was an hour each way, just to help us when we were worried about our pup’s behavior. Her willingness to spend her time and energy showed how much she cared about both our dog and our family. Since we knew our first puppy wasn’t the right match for us, Haleigh helped us by connecting us with a friend who breeds amazing Labradors. This connection was a game-changer for us, and we met a new puppy who instantly became part of our lives. The new puppy joined K9aholics’ “Puppy University,” where Haleigh and her team worked their magic. They kept us in the loop with regular updates and reports every couple of days, so we always knew how our puppy was doing. It was so reassuring to see how well they were taking care of her. When it was time to pick up our puppy after she graduated, the team sat us down for a lesson on the training techniques they used. They patiently showed us everything, making sure we felt ready to continue training at home. Our puppy’s manners are now wonderful, and we owe it all to K9aholics. The trainers at K9aholics became so attached to our dog and were really sad to see her go, but they were also incredibly proud of how much she had improved. Their affection and pride were clear, and it warmed our hearts to know our puppy was in such loving hands. I can’t recommend K9aholics enough. If we ever need boarding or training again, I’ll definitely come back. Five stars just don’t seem enough to describe the amazing work and dedication we experienced with Haleigh and her team.

Crunch just finished the board & train program at K9aholics. All of the trainers took great care of her during her stay. You could tell how happy my dog was in the check-in videos, her tail was always wagging and she would receive lots of rewards/treats. The team was always very responsive with communication and happy to answer questions. My training session at pick-up was very thorough and helpful. I’m excited to see how this translates at the house, I’ve noticed some positive behavioral changes already. She is not barking at every dog/person out the window and we were able to have a much more organized walk together.

We loved having our dog at the 4-week day training program!! The entire team was so sweet, patient, and loving with Roxanne. They were firm and straightforward with us about how to reinforce training at home. By the end of the first week, Roxanne was so excited for her morning car rides to training. She went from a rambunctious, hyper pup and chronic leash-puller to having quick recall, long duration with sit/down/place, and walking calmly on her leash. We would recommend K9aholics to anyone looking for guidance with training their dogs, and an experienced and caring team to help carry it out.

I cannot begin to say enough kind words about the folks at K9Aholics. We took our 2 year old pittie mix for board and train. He was a completely new dog after the 3 week training. He was calmer and more well behaved. We felt safe taking him with us out again! Haleigh made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I loved the personalized touch of getting picture, video and written updates. We loved Haleigh so much she is now known as “Aunt Haleigh.” The whole team was truly amazing. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Took our a little over 4 months old mini schnauzer to their puppy university. Basically 2 weeks at their location. It was tough but our puppy was in great hands! Huge difference in her behavior from before to after. No more trying to strangle herself on her leash like a crazed lunatic! Walks with manners now. Jordon and Haleigh were terrific! Puppy, actually listens to commands like sit, stay, down and maintains the position. Absolutely sets her up for success with a solid foundation. Had a follow up call to address some questions and had a follow up in home visit about 6 weeks after she came home, which is part of the program. The key as with any dog training, is to maintain consistency at home with the training provided! Makes all the difference! Thank you Jordon and Haleigh!
