He replaced the crystal, but broke the stop watch function. I showed it to him and he said it was a coincidence. Wrong! I asked him how important reviews are. Then the light bulb went on and he said “get out of here”. Yeah that really happened. Incompetent and irresponsible. Notice in the photo the stop watch sweep hand does not return to 0. The stop watch minute timer no longer works and the lower right button sticks. It all worked perfectly before.

Yousef is at Doman Watches terrific! He is pleasant, very helpful and is extremely skilled, capable with minor and major watch repairs alike. I wish my watches would break more just to stop by. You can expect quality service - highly recommended!

Based on a NextDoor recommendation, I entrusted my 1992 Swiss-made automatic stainless steel Sandoz watch to Yousef to be overhauled. It was running fast and the clasp did not close. The watch is sentimental as it's an engagement present from my parents who are no longer with us. Yousef's kindness, friendliness and honest demeanor as well as his confidence in his craftmanship won me over. He is clearly someone who knows and loves time pieces. I am delighted with the results - a restored watch that can be worn again. Wishing Yousef continued success and longevity!

After Seiko returned my Dad's 40 year old watch unrepaired, Doman was able to get the watch running, ensured the gears were lubricated and working, and adjusted the strap while I waited. The owner was friendly and more than helpful. I'll definitely be returning for any other watch repairs in the future.

What a great guy. Very knowledgeable and honest. Changed my Gucci watch battery very quickly and was honest about my other more expensive watch of the scratches I wanted off. He mentioned for my automatic watch I shouldn't do it, I can if I want to resell it but it would he over 350 just to take it apart. Again, wonderful experience!
