Sent an inquiry and immediately responded. We sent our request and then ghosted us for three days. I’m assuming we said something they didn’t car for or liked or business must be booming. Either way, don’t waste your time. Update: Hi Youry, thanks for responding. I responded within minutes of your proposal to book and that went unanswered. I followed up the following day via text, that went unanswered. I followed up the third day via text and email and then wrote this review. Subsequently, you called me twice and then answered on here. While I somewhat understand what you are saying, putting the expectation to "better communicate" back on the customer is wild. Either way, thank you for finally acknowledging us.

I don't know how people are communicating with this company; they take weeks to answer emails. I wanted to use them for my wedding catering and rentals, but they stopped responding. Whoever is managing their emails needs to be more consistent. I sent 5 emails, and they responded 15 days later. Gave them the benefit of the doubt nd still wnated to proceed, and now they ghosted me and haven't responded in a month... poor customer service.

We rented from and contracted Don Paella to cater our daughers wedding rehearsal dinner a few weeks ago and everything was great. The tent, tables and chairs arrived around noon and the tent was up in no time. The chef arrived early, set up and by the time we returned from the wedding rehearsal, she had dinner for 40 ppl ready. I cant remember her name but she was great, the food was amazing and there was pleanty for everyone. Thank you Don Paella for making our evening a success.

We ordered a strictly seafood paella and the paella came with sausage and chicken. Main issue was that the paella was UNDERCOOKED ! The rice was hard.
