Dr. HVAC has been so responsive and easy to work with. They came very quickly on the coldest day when we had no heat, assessed the problem and got the heat back on. And then came back immediately when we were in need again. Highly recommend using Dr. HVAC and a huge shoutout to the awesome technician Binny! Thank you.

We had a great experience with Sherman. Not only knowledgeable but patient with us old folks explaining the ins and outs of our system! And a follow up is needed so we're very pleased that he will take care of this in the morning and not leave us hanging. Also very careful with all the snow and slush around to keep it out of the house.

Jamie-Mae was excellent! She arrived exactly on time and immediately got to work on my furnace, which had stopped working completely! She is very professional and I really appreciated how she took the time to explain the issue to me step-by-step. The problem was complex to solve but with her expertise and resoluteness she was able to diagnose and rectify it. Pricing was clearly explained to me and the area was left clean and tidy. We were extremely happy to have heat in our house again following the first snowfall of the year. The service, the advice, the cost and the clear communication were all top-notch.
