I come here to do my nail to go japan , u told the staff make something cute and fancy . And they did perfect and super cute . I am so happy . Staff is so nice and store is clean . Hight recommend

This was my first time here. Worst place that I ever been to! Very disappointed. They have a sign that says they are not responsible for any cuts or bleeding and that they dont cut ingrowns but they still did it anyway and I didnt see the sign until after they did it without even asking me. The pedicure was kind of rough because of the cutting part. I bled on 2 toenails and right now one of them chipped off and the other one looks like its getting infected and it hurts. I even tipped and was still nice anyway even tho the pedicure didnt look the best because thats how I am as a good person but this is my first time ever at a salon that my nail is getting infected filled with pus and blood and tomorrow is my baby shower 😢

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The photos speak for themselves my nails were not cleaned properly before polish was applied, and you can clearly see debris and uneven prep left behind. The polish was already chipped within days, and what’s worse, it was intentionally painted far from the cuticle so it would look “grown out” immediately. It honestly feels like corners were cut on purpose. The shaping is uneven, the application is sloppy, and the finish looks rushed and unprofessional. For the price paid, this level of hygiene and quality is unacceptable. I shouldn’t leave a nail appointment feeling like I need to book another one somewhere else to fix it. I would not recommend based on this experience. Cleanliness, proper prep, and attention to detail should be the bare minimum.
