Omg the old white man was EXTREMELY RUDE. He wouldn't let me complete a sentence. He kept interrupting me with prices for things I didn't even need help with. He literally shoved me physically out the door slammed it and locked the door on me. Horrible Horrible person!!!!! Something is seriously wrong with him. He was so aggressive and seems dangerous.
Highly recommend! They fixed my laptop quickly, and for a fair price. Good honest work so can’t ask for much more. If you have computer issues, this is the place to go.
Instead of backing the products they sell, they make you purchase a warranty. If you do not and go home and it doesn’t work anymore, then you are out of luck. $120 down the drain. My son couldn’t afford to purchase the warranty. Left message for manager to try and resolve and never got a return call. Why isn’t the 30 day warranty included in the price??? Because they WANT to rip you off! Horrible business practices. I wish my son would’ve looked at yelp reviews before using these crooks. Edit: It is your fault for selling garbage and trying to con an additional fee for a measly 30 day warranty. Your company should warranty it's products for 30 days anyway, and then maybe charge for an additional 30 days. Why do your employees say parts are going to work when they clearly do not? Is the Policy written for public viewing? Is it on the receipt? It is just hearsay that your employee even explained it properly, so don't even accuse my son of "not telling the full story". Obviously, there has been on ongoing problem with your business practices. I just wish my son would have read the reviews before trusting your company.
DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! You will get swindled out of your money; my boyfriend purchased GPU from them under the impression it was functional (obviously because why would you purchase a $200 broken equipment) and after attempting to use it the device was broken. They're refusing a refund stating it was only available if I purchased the warranty regardless of the purchase being less than 10 days old and it being faulty. This is utterly ridiculous how can you claim to value your customers for over 20 years but are selling them broken equipment under false pretences and not publishing a clear refund policy. I would honestly take the yelp reviews into deep consideration before you shop here. They are not a good business; I'm tempted to take this as far as to civil court to resolve this because if they've done it to me they most definitely have done it to other people and last time I checked it's illegal to sell someone something under false pretences. If you're needing work done I highly recommend the 1Stop Tech shop if you're needing help not only are they affordable and will diagnose you over the phone depending the circumstances they also completely took care of us after Dr Nerd refused to help. Don't claim it isn't your fault when you sold him something faulty saying it worked 🤣 you told him it wouldn't have been on the sale floor if it wasn't functioning properly respectfully you didn't hold up on your word and as a reputable business should exchange it regardless of your refund policy. Regardless your claiming to have told him about a policy you never mentioned so unless you have a printed warranty policy available at purchasing it's just hear say and you are liable. Honestly your lack of accountability demonstrate who you are as a business. This problem could've been resolved with a refund or exchange of the item instead we need to do things the public way. So never fear I already reported this company to the BBB, so hopefully no one else puts their trust in you.
The only good thing I'll say is how fast they were to diagnose my issue: a defective motherboard. Probably because I paid the $168 upfront for expedited service. I have a two month old PC that I built from scratch, saved up over a year to get all the precise components for it. I expected techs that would appreciate a decent rig and would handle it with care. I don't expect pc techs to have people skills, but I do expect a product to be handled with care. I'm super angry that I got my brand new PC case returned with chipped/visible damage on the top and bottom framework. Imagine having your new car with a key scratch against the side. It's minimal, but darn it hurt to see my hardwork returned like that. I'll never bring my equipment here again, and would recommend anyone that has anything that's valuable to them to not bring their equipment here.
