Andy just saved my rear end. Thank you so much!! S23 Ultra with a smashed screen had to go to Samsung to be repaired bc suppliers dong carry the parts yet since its so new... but the data was the most important part and they told me.i was SoL to back it up. Anfy showed me how to get in via DEX to back it up before sending the phone. Support this business. Great person, very good at this.

Andy did a great job repairing my iphone 8 plus screen for only $97 total. It only took him an hour and since my phone got disabled because of the wonky screen, he even tried to help me save my data from my phone. Although it didn’t work, he said I could come back and he would wipe it for me and help me reset it. He did at no extra charge. He also explained the screen and its layers to me so I could tell he knew what he was doing, so I felt good about leaving my phone in his care. Would recommend.

Andy is amazing! His customer service is the best I've ever received! He's super friendly, very knowledgeable & affordable at the same time. I took my hard drive to best buy to see if they could retrieve the information from it because it quit working & their Geek Squad couldn't even fix it! They wanted to send it off to see if it could be fixed & said it could cost me up to &1,600 with a non refundable $250 deposit! No thanks Best Buy! They actually told me about Andy & said he was really good & more affordable. Boy were they right! He was able to transfer ALL of my data onto a hard drive I provided for only $200! That hard drive contained my most precious pictures & videos of my kids when they newborns to toddlers & had all of their major milestones on it. The thought of losing that was absolutely heart breaking to me! I'm so glad I was told about Andy & was able to keep those sweet memories alive to pass down to my children. He even took the time to show me how to use my new hard drive & laptop because I'm completely oblivious on how to use electronics! Overall, I'm VERY satisfied with the service & quality of work I received & would highly recommend Andy at One Stop Tech Shop to anyone.
