Spent over $100 to get my sons phone screen fixed for his birthday and yes they fixed it but when I got it back it no longer charges I called to see if they can fix the problem and all she told me was fixing the screen doesn’t correlate with the charging port but I was welcome to bring it in.. okay cool so then why does the charging port no longer work after it was left in your care to fix it?? why would I take the phone back to a place to charge me more for a problem that didn’t exist when it was dropped off 🙄. Edit: So if the phone had no problem charging when I dropped it off to you and all you did was fix the display than why doesn’t the phone charge anymore?? I never said it was the port that was messed up the girl on the phone just assumed that was the problem when I told her it wouldn’t charge anymore didn’t even give me a chance to explain what was popping up on the screen just interrupted me to tell me the port and display aren’t correlated.. when I spend over $100 for yall to fix one thing and I get my device back and something else is broken that wasn’t before.. that is on yall and yall should be offering not to just look at it for free but fix what yall messed up..
