Our totally trashed and broken USB thumb drive which was further ruined by DIY clumsy desoldering was quickly and expertly rehabilitated saving 30gig and 15 years of crucial work. These guys are highly skilled heroes! Worth every penny.

The customer service at this location was absolutely terrible. I dealt with an employee named Colby who was incredibly rude and acted like answering basic questions was a huge burden. He had a massive attitude the entire time and made zero effort to actually help me. Beyond the attitude, the pricing felt like a total scam. He originally quoted me $209 + tax, but when it came time to sign, he had snuck the price up to $299. I only caught it because I asked for the total before signing. When I called him out, he lied and said $299 was the set price—until I told him to just give me my phone back so I could leave. Suddenly, he was able to lower the price. When I asked how the price changed so fast, he told me he has "the power to manipulate prices." It’s incredibly dishonest. The only reason this isn’t 1 star is because the actual repair quality was good and the phone works fine, but the service is trash

Excellent service. Took about 2 hours and was only expecting a new screen to replace a micro crack but was surprised to get a whole new phone chassis including a new battery. Feels like I just got a new phone!

I had an amazing experience at uBreakiFix! Colby unbent my iPad Air 5th generation (free of charge) and did an incredible job. He took the time to explain what was going on inside my iPad and helped me understand why it was acting the way it was. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. All the employees I interacted with were welcoming and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really know their stuff. Highly recommend this location—thank you Colby and the other employees!
