I want to thank Dr Jen and her staff including Eleanor for their fear free approach with my cat who is very scared of going to the vets. They popped us straight into their quiet cat room, allowed me to bring him in just before his procedure so he didn't have to wait in the cages (and continue to increase his stress levels) and allowed us to pick him up as soon as he was ready so he didn't need to stay any longer. They gave me excellent advice about steps to do to decrease his stress levels before coming into the clinic. Dr Jen was very gentle with him, talked to him softly and had great handling skills. Thank you Dr Jen, it was very much noticed and appreciated. Thank you to all the staff there for being so wonderful with Toby with our recent visit and procedure.

A reasonably priced clinic with helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff. Dr Hamilton and Dr Seow have been nothing short of brilliant. My (absolutely feral) miniature dachshund has had two emergency visits, plus two vaccine appointments and the clinic is always clean, reliable and safe.

Great care for our pet and knowledgeable in all things dogs. They recommended the ‘vaccines for life’ program for $600 so that we don’t have to pay for another vaccine for the life of our pup. Such a great program to take the stress out of booking vaccines each year! Their night pet classes run by Mel have also been amazing!
