I came to Dr. Kong with the hope of achieving natural looking, fuller lips. My lips are very thin and have a cupids bow, but Dr. Kong was able to sculpt the perfect most natural looking lips for me! I have been in for two appointments and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else in the future. The entire staff is patient and kind, which is so comforting during cosmetic procedures. I’ve had an amazing experience with Fraxel Dual laser resurfacing treatment performed by Dr. Kong. I had never done this procedure before, called a few places and took a chance based on competitive rates and Dr. Kong’s many years of experience with this laser and other treatments. I am so glad I did. Typically, multiple sessions are required to see dramatic results but I already saw significant improvement even after one treatment - noticeable reduction in old acne scars and lines, not to mention overall improvement in skin tone, texture and pore appearance. What I really appreciate about this practice is that Sheena is results focused. She is not afraid to use high intensity settings to deliver the results as long as patient is OK with it and can tolerate the treatment. I will be back for more treatments and recommend her services to all my friends and family! Anyone who is looking into Fraxel laser in the Bay Area – this is a great option, Sheena is experienced with both Caucasian and non-white skin tones whereas some other practices may be hesitant to use Fraxel on darker tones but she knows how to properly prepare her patients including the after care. This is a testament to her experience with the laser. She has a great eye with attention to detail, I received such a thorough treatment, felt like she knew my face better than I did. I, personally, would want nothing less but a licensed, experienced MD to laser my face so it was a big factor in my decision. Thank you!

Dr. Kong is the best in the business! She is extremely skilled with Botox injection (I always prefer an experienced MD versus a nurse and most clinics now only offer nurses) and she has many other types of lasers available. I’m looking forward to trying Cool Sculpting with her. The staff are also super sweet and professional, thank you, Dr. Kong!

can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kong and her team! I recently had Fraxel, Botox, and fillers done, and the results have been absolutely incredible. Dr. Kong is truly an artist—she listened to all of my concerns, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The Fraxel treatment has dramatically improved my skin’s texture and tone, leaving it smooth and glowing. The Botox is perfectly placed, giving me a refreshed, natural look without feeling “frozen.” And the fillers? They’re subtle yet transformative, enhancing my features beautifully while still looking completely natural. Dr. Kong’s attention to detail and expertise are unmatched. I have trusted Dr Kong for several years with my medical aesthetics. She is an expert in keeping me looking both young and healthy. What I like most is her ability to make all the work look natural. I have done many different treatments (Bellafil, Xeomin, Botox, Ultherapy, Coolsculpting) with her and all have been done with kindness respect and the utmost care. This year, we did a series trifecta of treatments- Botox, Emface, and IPL. The results have been even firmer, clearer and smoother skin. I continue to get compliments on my face and people are often shocked to learn I am in my mid 50s. Additionally, her staff are always welcoming and are always genuinely interested in me. I will continue to trust my medical aesthetic care to this great team. I sometimes read not kind reviews about this office and can say without a doubt that has not been my experience. What I know to be true is that happiness is the best facelift and Dr Kong also makes me happy each time with the results I get from the treatment and the real interest she has in keeping me looking as good as possible on the outside to match how good I feel on the inside. Sadly, for many people I have met in my five plus decades on the planet, and I say it with the utmost empathy just as Beyonce says, maybe for some it’s the soul that needs the surgery?
