Went to see the NYC ring dinger ie Dr. Shoshany after seeing various videos in hopes of getting out of pain from a car accident a year before. I had gone through various invasive treatments and a bit skeptical in moving forward with this however, my gut led me to make the appointment to determine next steps . From setting the appointment and describing my logistics of coming in from the DC area to going over respective liability documents, questions, recovery, potential side effects. Everything was smooth. Not only was the doctors assistant full of knowledge and sending me information for me to review prior to making the appointment as well as going over costs and other chiropractic needs, which may be used for treatment. Meeting the doctor and going over my medical and treatment history, as well as bringing various medical imaging for him to review and not feel judged were greatly beneficial. I asked him about his level of not only education which are sitting in his office properly hung up, but machines and treatment and he gently shared that he was a recipient of chiropractic treatment years ago and that was a huge game changer for him thus he pursued it as a profession. That made me understand that he knows what it’s like to be in a painful situation and look at different modalities for treatment and see what is best to help tailor each individuals level of care. I am beyond grateful to have met him and while I had to continue with other measures, it was not wasted because I learned how to walk better, be more gentle with my body, move in different ways that were more helpful than hurtful. I was swimming again within a few days and while my triathlete body and swim speed were distant realities I felt such a relief. I was finally able to address posture, which had been done in a very negative way before. The results were instantaneous, and a few days later I was in the pool again and able to lift my entire body up and out which I had not been able to do in over a year. I followed his treatment plan and spoke to my other medical professionals who suggested to keep at it, knowing my limits and my body is within a recovery state. The videos do not do it enough justice of the amount of relief taken out from pressure without any drugs or anesthesia to numb the pain out and not get to the root cause of it.The ringdinger and his team are definitely something to not hesitate in doing if possible and enjoying the city that never sleeps. I am beyond grateful to have come across this path in my recovery. Thank you so much and I wish everyone specifically those in pain a better 2026. Dr Shoshany has been a life saver for me. From tennis elbow to all sorts of back pain. His methodology is better than any chiropractor I have been too. Big believer in Ring Dinger as well that alleviated pain and brought my grip power back for one of my arms. Graston method great too!
My husband had such a great experience at Dr. Shoshany’s office in NYC that I had to share. We actually traveled to the city specifically for this appointment - his back has been injured for five years with bulging discs. Multiple rounds of physical therapy, prescriptions, and steroid injections did nothing and we were facing surgery as the last option. He discovered Dr. Shoshany’s Ring Dinger videos online and felt like it might finally be the solution he’d been searching for. The team at Dr. Shoshany’s office was kind and genuinely invested in understanding his history and pain - even responding on the weekend to get him in as soon as possible. After his adjustment, he walked out straighter and with more relief than he’s had in years. We go back soon for a second adjustment with the goal to be done with injections & surgery talk for good. If you’ve been struggling with chronic back pain - and I know we have so many who do - this is absolutely worth the trip to NYC!

My mother had been struggling with shoulder and neck pain for years always going to specialists and getting tons of medication, injections and more referrals that didn’t help. He was recommended by a family member and after just her first session with him, she already felt relief. By the second visit, she was finally able to raise her arm higher than she had in a long time! Dr. Shoshany is professional, kind, and patient, he takes the time to explain everything and even recommended helpful home exercises to continue her progress. We’re so grateful for his care and highly recommend him to anyone looking for real results and compassionate treatment.
Today was my first session with Dr. Shoshany. He was very helpful by listening to my concerns and share meaningful knowledge. He took the time to address my issues. After his first treatment. I felt relief with pain in areas that I couldn't touch. I felt better standing, my posture felt different and my overall experience was emotionally great.
