I ordered pants over 2 weeks ago. I was charged and received an email saying they would let me know when they shipped. No shipping email, no product despite 1 email and 2 calls. I now need to report them for the credit card charge

EDIT, the jacket my wife bought is already falling apart. The pockets have developed holes and she doesn't wear it that much cause it's still warm here where we live. I don’t like to be rude and give one stars reviews unless it’s an extremely horrible experience. It was a very nice shop with lots of hippie clothing. My wife found a lovely sweat shirt / jackets that made her supper happy. I’m giving a 2 star review for the same reason others have. I was not ever greeted when I went in. Maybe it was a racial thing but who knows these days. I too am a local business owner and have been for the past 27 years. I am fortunate to have money to spend at will but I don’t dress to impress. I don’t put off that vibe as I’m an old Dead Head. If I was properly greeted I would have easily given a 5 star review but I can’t when I feel jaded and judged by the shop owner. There is another shop around the corner called David Behren’s gallery where I bought only a $5 sticker but I will give David a 10 star review only because of his politeness. Here at dragonfly I spent $90 for the jacket so it’s not about the money it’s how you treat someone.

We stopped in today as we were exploring old town. Julie was so pleasant and friendly. She was also so helpful and showing us the beautiful clothes she had. Definitely recommend shopping here. Thank you Julie for being so pleasant.

We stopped by Dragonfly in Old Town Albuquerque today. Julie was so helpful, greeting us upon arrival and offering merchandise suggestions. We even observed her dealing with an unpleasant customer. She handled herself and the situation with maturity and professionalism. Julie was truly a delight to interact with! Thanks, Julie, for enhancing our Old Town experience!!!

Beautiful store but obnoxious and racist store clerk. We were never greeted while getting in the store and acknowledged while exiting, but were being followed! When one of us misplaced a clothing from one part of the store to another she came immediately upfront to ask where we put it and remarked,”Is this how you do it in Nepal” and smirked! And the irony is that the owner of the business who hired her is a Nepalese! No, Miss obnoxious, that’s not how we do it in Nepal. We treat our customers with utmost respect in Nepal, you should go learn some decency! Never returning back again!
