Drain Master showed up as scheduled. I appreciate that they texted me in advance, and again when they were on the way. The technician, Shaun, was professional and explained his recommendation before starting work. Best of all, my kitchen drain was cleared quickly with no mess.

Anthony Wiley was my service tech. He was detailed in his work and was friendly and knowledgeable. He wore shoe covers and even the auger machine had wheel booties. Kept everything clean. Worth the callout! Thank you, Anthony! Highly recommend!

Shaun is highly adept at his job as well as personable! We needed the kitchen sink drain cleared. He provided insight as to how and why the process works. After the drain was cleared, to provide assurance to me that the issue is resolved, he checked his work. And, he cleaned up the work! ;-) I highly recommend Drain Masters. Thank you!

Wow! Gerald was amazing! He was incredibly professional and efficient. 10/10 recommend this team. He installed our new bathtub and it’s beautiful! Gerald also cleaned up after himself, which was a wonderful surprise as our other contractors didn’t do that. Thank you!

He was patient, observant, methodically eliminating causes of the leak…and finally found it!! Great job!! October 3, 2025 Gerald was the first Plumber to actually accurately identify the problem and I’m very fortunate that he was the plumber that finally fixed it. It was no simple task. The Pipe laid against the exterior wall fixed in place with blown foam insulation that was rock hard Immobilizing the drainage pipe and making removal quite difficult . The hardened insulation had to be chipped away from the leaking pipe.After he did this he was able to cut the pipe out. He replaced the pipe redirecting itt down through a new opening in the floor. True, true his initial impression, a large crack in the pipe Was quite visible! Now everything is flowing well no leaks. I’m delighted. He is a great asset to Drain Masters, and I can’t thank him enough for his expertise.
