Cantrell with Flow Star was OUTSTANDING. My heat went out for several days causing all my pipes to freeze. He showed up on time (always called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way), was professional and courteous, and expertly tracked down and repaired more than 20 burst pipes. He also replaced a cracked toilet and fixed several faucets. I really appreciated the attention to detail. He wore booties inside the house and laid down protective cloths to keep the floors and carpets clean. After each day, he made sure to clean up all work areas with a vacuum. Also hauled away any trash like the burst portions of pipes, cut out drywall sections, etc. In terms of pricing, Flow Star was very upfront by telling me their hourly rate. At the end of each day, Cantrell provided me an invoice with the hours worked, parts used, and a summary of the work that was performed. He truly went the extra mile. HIGHLY recommend Cantrell and Flow Star.
