Elber has helped me with a slow draining laundry pipe a couple of times in the past by snaking it out. But this time, he recommended putting in a proper clean out as the previous owners did not put one in when they moved the laundry location. I was worried that the galvanized pips were going to be corroded due to the hard water that we have and asked if he could remove the galvanized pipes. Elber and Sergio scheduled the work and did exactly as requested. My metal pipes were very clogged up. The clean out was installed very professionally through the side of my house. I thought the price was fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Elber & Sergio has very professional Al and efficient team. They have installed new sewer line, clean out and backflow prevention as per city of Saratoga and west valley sanitation department’s code and guideline. They are very reasonable. I had four quotes and chose them. I highly recommend their work and sincerely :)

Elber at Drain and Plumbing did a great job on Saturday in fixing a blockage problem somewhere in our main sewer line. Elber answered our call and came immediately. His explanation was honest and clear. His solution was effective and quick. His price was fair as well.
