Highly Recommend Drain Right! Eric was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He did a fantastic job fixing our leak, which required going through the exterior of the house and carefully patching everything afterward - his attention to detail really stood out. Thank you Eric! Efrain, his boss, was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly, which we really appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable, especially given the quality of work and service. We would absolutely trust Drain Right with any plumbing jobs we need in the future. I am very satisfied with the work of Drain Right. Easy to schedule and they were in constant contact on when they would arrive. The Service Pro, Eric Alvarez, was professional, knowledgeable, provided exceptional customer service, and was on scene through the entire process. Recommended services that cleared my drains and resolved my issues. His team worked diligently with the latest technology. They showed me videos and pointed out areas of concern. Great experience with these guys. They went above and beyond what I expected. Although they spent additional time trying to resolve my issue, they stuck to the original qoute for service and did not try to add charges at the end. Once they completed my requested service they simply supplied me with a recommendation of things that need attention, not being pushy at all and gave me a quote that's good for 30 days and left. That's professionalism and the type of service I can appreciate.

our heat suddenly stopped working two days ago and we thought it was a pilot issue, but after the gas company came to visit, it was verified that it was a part issue. Drain Right was able to get us on the schedule immediately. Mario and Juan we're quickly able to identify the issue, drove a distance to get the part for us, and returned to efficiently install the new part. Mario went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer of our furnace and was able to get us the part at warranty cost, which saved us quite a bit of money. Our heat is back on and everything was very smooth and cost-effective. They did an amazing job and were clearly very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again if another issue arises.

Drain Right Services is amazing. Mike, Alfonzo and their whole team, amazing. I had a big job that needed to be done that required my yard to be dug up. They did such an amazing job letting me know exactly what was going on. When it came down the clean up, you can’t even tell that my yard was dug up. They’re so great at what they do. I definitely recommend them.
