If you have money to blow, this is your company! First guy George that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the next guy who came out Fernando was straight out of Used Car salesman 101 training. He charged me $350 for 2min of his time to tell me nothing could be done without a $20,000 re-pipe. While this was definitely one solution, they refused to offer any other temporary solutions, and said $350 for a 2min estimate was justified. I had another company come out and snake the line from the clean-out for $200 and everything works great. It’s a bummer I called these guys first however.

Geo was the quarterback of this project. What started out as a fairly easy fix turned into a huge undertaking. Geo played all parts, hard worker, digger, problem solver, and best communicator with me. He texted me several times a day to keep me updated. Your company is lucky to have such a diligent experienced calming employee. He is great with people, and he delivered a fabulous end result for me. He is a very upstanding person.

Called Rooter hero to take care of some plumbing issues I was having at home. They sent Omar and Yony. I was met with their exceptional professionalism and honesty. They took care of my needs, answered all my questions, and helped me with affordable options while exceeding my expectations. I cannot run out of good things to say about them. I highly recommend them.
