The guys in Drive By Auto are awesome! They were honest and did a pretty quick job. They were able to help me with my car in a busy Walmart parking lot in the middle of winter. You can imagine getting into the bottom of the car with all that slush. They were amazing. I will definitely call them again if ever I have any problems!

Great experience with Drive-by Auto. Richard was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and took the time to do a thorough assessment of my Jeep. I really appreciated that he was able to diagnose the issue and complete the repair all in the same day. The cost was reasonable and transparent. Id recommend him and would definitely use him again.

These guys were awesome! My car would not start and I couldn't figure out the problem. I called Richard in the morning and he was able to come by that afternoon, they got it running again in 30 min. They were quick, efficient and professional. Gave me some good advice and topped up my oil. Very thankful for them, will call them again if needed in the future!

Ive been to my fair share of mechanics with my fair share of old cars… this was by far the best and most stress free experience I have ever had. Richard arrived within an hour of calling him and was super punctual. My car didn’t have any brake pressure whatsoever. He had my brakes fixed and an old rusted bleeder valve replaced within an hour. On top of that, he pointed out a really loose lower ball joint that could cause catastrophic damage to my car… He spent an hour extracting broken bolts and replacing them with brand new ones. He also helped me diagnose other issues in my suspension system. He went above and beyond. I am a university student, money is honestly counted to the cent… his quote was honest and extremely reasonable. Most mechanics would have charged me an arm and a leg for the brakes and told me my car wasn’t worth putting any money into it. Richard was super friendly and didn’t make me feel ashamed for fixing an older car. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks!

Reliable, Honest, and Quick Service I had car trouble right before a trip and called Richard at Drive By Auto Repair. He fit me in on short notice, ran a full diagnostic, and made sure my vehicle was road-ready the same day. He was thorough, professional, and upfront about everything. Thankfully, the issue turned out to be less serious than expected and Richard was honest about that, charging a very fair price. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and efficiency in auto repair. Highly recommend him if you need fast, honest service you can trust.
