Had my front axle shafts replaced here early January and the car feels brand new! The team at Raybern is super friendly and provided excellent service from start to finish. I really appreciate the peace of mind that comes with their 2-year, 40,000-mile warranty. Highly recommend these folks for honest, quality work!

Found this place a few months ago by cold calling several mechanics for a quote on a repair, and Raybern’s price was almost half of the others while having decent reviews. They didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and educated me on what was important to get done right away vs could wait. Very honest people (especially the person who I think is the manager or owner who even provided his contact to help me communicate about my car as I could not call during business hours). They did excellent work on those repairs. Then recently, my car started making odd noises and had issues with acceleration. As Raybern wasn’t open on the weekend, I got a quote from Kaltire who told me multiple things were wrong, and I would need over $1.5k in fixes. Waited for Raybern to open instead (glad I did), and they informed me the only issue with my car was that I had accidentally missed my last 2 oil changes, and was driving without oil. No other issues. Raybern saved me over $1k compared to Kaltire, my car continues to work perfectly fine. Before I made this review, I decided to test the honesty of Kaltire and went back to another Kaltire (after Raybern fixed my oil issue) and asked them to assess for any “general mechanical issues”. They found none. Proved to me that even “big name” mechanics systemically take advantage of people that don’t know about cars - Raybern does not! Recommended a colleague to them who got the same honest experience with Raybern. Would never go to any other mechanic after this - and you shouldn’t either!
