BEST DRIVING SCHOOL in the area! Very organized, informative, and patient. The school thoroughly teaches you the ins and outs of driving, especially for driving in the New Orleans area. It was a fun time and I tell all my friends to go here
I’m so glad I chose Drive Dat Academy for my driving school. After years of dealing with driving related anxiety and struggling to get behind the wheel, I am now a licensed driver. Mr Mario taught the classroom portion and Mr Kevin was with me on the road. They were absolutely awesome and both great teachers. Whether you are an adult trying to get your license or a parent looking for a place for your teenager to learn, Drive Dat Academy is a great choice!
Drive Dat Academy is the best place to go when learning how to drive. They helped me improve on my driving, pointed out mistakes that I made and helped me understand how to perform specific maneuvers the right way. They used videos to provide the best examples of specific maneuvers rules of the road. They were very patient and understanding during the learning process and sought to improve my ability and knowledge of driving. I appreciate them for everything they do and will definitely refer friends and family to them.
After calling several Drivers Ed companies, I selected Drive Dat Academy based on their Yelp reviews and their customer service I received from Vivian who answered their phone. I paid on their website which was professional and efficient. My granddaughter attended the class sessions so I can’t really speak about that experience. However, when the practice driving was scheduled, i was impressed with how accommodating they were. The instructor, Kevin, was friendly, professional, and pleasant. Mario, the Manager, returned calls promptly, thoroughly explained the process, and worked with me on scheduling. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend them!
What a great place! I will admit that when I started my first class I was a bit nervous but the instructor made it a stress free zone and was a very funny man. He was also my driving instructor and let me just tell you that you quickly forget that you are under observation with him. He holds conversations and is also attentive and will let you know what you need to work on. Will definitely recommend to all who are looking to get their Drivers License. Thanks Mr. Mike for making this a great experience! Thanks to the staff as well for also being super friendly and accommodating! :-)
