I went to the school to get my drivers license and it was literally one of the best experiences I ever had the owner. Mr. Carney was my instructor for both the written and the driving part. He also gave me my driving test and he was an absolute delight he was very thorough and I learned a lot from him. I highly recommend going to the school if you need to get your license.

Honestly I would give this place a 0 stars if I could. The test instructor is TERRIBLY rude. Not only are you rude for no reason but you’re also on the phone half of the test? Slow instructions on where to turn as well. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This business is not concerned about you passing your driving test. Truly, their objective is to make you come back and pay them more money for supplemental lessons. They are only after your money(I paid them a whopping total of 600$ for class, online test, driving practice, and one supplemental lesson). My driving practice instructor told me to use an extremely dangerous and obsolete driving technique called the cross-over method, which no sensible driver uses today. And they let an 88-year-old man give me their driving test, which is completely unfair when you consider the driving instruction he is providing. You have higher chances of passing the driving test at Nola Driving Institute like I did myself.

I'm incredibly grateful for my driving instructor, Richonda's exceptional guidance. Her patience, vast experience, and empathetic approach made the learning process smooth and enjoyable. She always considered things from my perspective and tailored the lessons to my progress, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident. Her soft-hearted nature and dedication to teaching allowed me to pass my road test with a high score on the first attempt. I can't thank her enough for her invaluable support and expertise. She's a remarkable instructor, and I feel fortunate to have learned from her.

Very late review. My instructor, a very old grumpy man which that I learned after is the owner, was very rude, had zero patience, yelling at all times and at some point he hit my arm aggressively. I must say that I wasn’t bad at all, maybe a little nervous because it was my first time driving in my entire life and New Orleans drivers can be very wild. I got 8 hours behind the wheel divided in 4 days, 2 hours each one. My last day his son picked me up and honestly, what a difference, I felt safe, confident, asked everything I couldn’t with the other man and he was very professional and nice. I passed the final test and got my driver’s license. But I won’t recommend this place to anyone new to driving, unless they make sure their instructors are qualified to treat every kind of people.
