Not sure who these people are that have had good experiences here. I don’t know anyone that have had a good experience. I will start by saying the people that work there are nice. I do not have an issue with them. The issue I have is the lack of training they give them and the lack of knowledge that anyone in the entire office has of the CDL process. I have wasted several hundred dollars because of their errors. Also wasted hours in wait times, time off work, and gas money because of having to go back to get them to fix their mistakes. Appointment times are MONTHS out. If you want a walk in appointment you better get there over an hour before the open and be one of the first 5 people or you want get in. I got there one day at 6:30 and they open at 8. Was first in line. Only to be told at 8 when they opened that they would take our numbers and text us, their system was down and they had no idea when it would be up. This whole system is ridiculous and needs to be given back to the counties. Here again, it has not gotten any better. This place needs to be shut down and DMV moved back to the counties.

I didn't have an appointment to renew a driver's license and bringing a book with me, I was fully prepared to wait a long time. I waited about five minutes before being called and was done in about ten minutes. That was painless and every employee I interacted with was very friendly. So many people complain about government but this is a great example of how it is properly done!

Very easy. The woman sitting at desk when you come in was nice. She explained how to check in on cell gave directions to get driver license. When I arrived up stairs my cell dinged I was ready to be seen at #6. The woman that was there was good Did everything quickly and efficiently. The woman doing eye test was nice and friendly. Everyone was great. I was in and out very quickly.

Went in on a Saturday morning as a walk-in and I had a very good experience. Was in and out in less then an hour. Amber and Brian were very nice along with the rest of the staff that day. Would recommend to get there very early as spots fill up quick. Prefer driving a little longer to this location.

I was amazed at how quick and easy this process was. I needed to update my address on my Real ID. Went online and made an appointment. I had to schedule it for about a week and a half out, so be aware of that if you want to make an appointment- do it sooner rather than later. I highly recommend an appointment, too! You don’t want to be sitting around waiting all day. When I pulled up to the facility, there was plenty of parking. It’s on beautiful grounds with a lake and picnic tables - I saw a baby fox on the drive there. It was such a serene environment- not at all what I expected for a drivers license office. When I walked in, they showed me where to go, and it was clearly marked. I made my way to the second floor, checked in, and didn’t even have a chance to sit down in the waiting area before they called me over to a clerk. He was proficient and efficient- friendly and funny and knowledgeable. The workers seemed like they truly enjoyed their jobs and were invested in them, which is rare these days. My whole appointment took less than 4 minutes. I was shocked! I expected it to be like 10 times that long. So, I highly recommend this office AS LONG AS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!
