I initially contacted Don at Drop N’ Detail regarding multiple scratches on my vehicle. Don was honest about which scratches he could take care of, and ones that would require a different level of repair (i.e., BMW Collision Center). During the conversation, i inquired about ceramic coating, which I have no experience with. Don took the time to explain what it is, the pros/cons, etc. We agreed to move forward with fixing the scratches and applying ceramic coating. Don was highly communicative throughout the process, and my vehicle looks better today than when I bought it. I highly recommend Don and his company.
Drop an’ Detail is an easy recommendation to anyone who has thought about doing a ceramic coating. Why? Don was very communicative and professional right from the beginning. I had no idea what to do about the paint on my hood oxidizing, but he offered me a solution. He answered all of my questions and clearly outlined his plan to fix my vehicle. There were no surprises when it came to the work or the price. bsolutely thrilled with the results from Drop N Detail! I brought in my 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser for paint correction and ceramic coating. The transformation was incredible. The paint correction brought out a deep, mirror like shine that looked even better than when I drove it off the lot. Every inch of the vehicle was spotless and professionally done.
