Exceptional! Had a cyst removed. This was the first time I have been to DRS Skin Care. I was very satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Shukla and also Iris. Could not have gone better. They explained the procedure and it was done very efficiently with really no pain. Would recommend going here and would return if I had any skin conditions that required medical attention.

I recently visited Dr. Shukla for treatment of my surgical scars, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the process. My scars have improved so much, and I’m truly grateful for his expertise. At my follow-up appointment, I brought my 16-year-old son, who has been struggling with severe cystic acne. Since we were leaving for vacation in two weeks, I was worried about how his skin would look and feel. Dr. Shukla was incredibly kind and took the time to examine him right away, even though it wasn’t planned. He prescribed antibiotics and gave us clear guidance on what to expect. I left the clinic feeling relieved, supported, and very impressed. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate. I'm very thankful to have found Dr. Shukla! I've had indented acne scars on my cheeks since I was a teenager, something that's always bothered me and affected my self esteem. I've been wanting to do something about it for years. As a lot of people in a similar situation would understand, one of the hardest things is to find a doctor you can trust to give you a realistic sense of what treatment options are available, what's most suitable for your case, and what you can expect from the treatments. I've done a lot of research over the years and still felt overwhelmed by all the treatment options available and most doctors I've ever met didn't feel trustworthy--like they were just trying to sell expensive treatments to me without being responsible for the process. With Dr. Shukla it felt very different. I genuinely find him to be a responsible doctor who doesn't over-promise and who can clarify what different treatments can do for you. I wound up doing a 4-part treatment with layered procedures (CO2, TCA-cross, Morpheus) spaced out over a few months. The results exceeded both our expectations and I'm very happy with it--enough to change my relationship with my skin. Throughout the process I'm very happy with Dr. Shukla and all his staff members at the clinic. They're professional, responsible about documenting your progress, after care and follow-up, and they're all very kind. Dr. Shukla is a very skilled doctor and straightforward to interact with, and I'm glad to have found somebody I can trust.

I've been going here off and on for years for medical treatment, not cosmetic. The support staff are all super friendly and he's very professional and is sure to check in on your comfort level as the appointment progesses. He has been very helpful, and is very good at making you aware of the newest treatment options. The clinic itself is very nice, and is always tidy and spotless. No matter the level of medical severity I could have with my skin in the future, I would happily entrust my treatment to him and his team.
