Never been a Gym person since i was in my late teens, a long time ago. My wife persuaded me to give it a try as put a bit of timber on over Covid and boozing over past summers. Any way met Alex and Nadine for a review and felt really at ease in a foreign environment to me. They are easy going, none judgmental, professional with fantastic interpersonal skills, they will push you when required in a friendly yet assertive manner. The Gym is friendly, clean and well equipped. they have many different classes with possibly more to come. I have been going for last 8 weeks and i am really enjoying it (a statement i never thought i would say about a gym) i have even started doing a step class with my wife, i can defiantly say i have absolutely no rhythm, I should stick to playing Soccer on Sundays but its hard work but funny at the same time
I highly recommend personal training with Alex and Nadine at Ruska Health and Fitness. Their sessions are both focused, fun and enjoyable! I train with Nadine, and my husband with Alex. We both train twice a week. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming, and both Nadine and Alex make you feel at ease. I’ve achieved goals and results I never imagined when I first started working out. I’m still recovering from severe injuries last year, and I never thought I’d be able to achieve these goals. Both Nadine and Alex have gone above and beyond to adapt to our needs. They’re flexible and adjust the training to suit both highly experienced gym-goers and those who aren’t. This ensures you take responsibility for planning your health and fitness as a priority. This is the best money I’ve ever spent, and I look forward to my workouts each week.
Whether it's early morning or after a long day of work, this gym has become one of my favourite places to go, and I always leave in a better mood than when I came in. All the trainers are extremely friendly and create a welcoming and fun environment, and their energy always makes me forget the things that I had struggled with throughout the day and lets me end off my days with peace. Nadine has been amazingly supportive, and always asks the right questions that reminds me to slow down in life and prioritize my health - both mentally and physically. She's extremely kind and caring, pushes me to strive further, and always reminds me that I'm a lot stronger than I think I am - and will always remind me of how much progress I ACTUALLY made when I can't see it for myself. An awesome bunch, would highly recommend. 💕

The trainers are very friendly and welcoming, and also take the time to get to know you, understand your fitness goals, and make sure you feel comfortable and encouraged every step of the way.
