I have been going here for a while now and decided to do the membership about 6 months ago and it’s been the best decision. I love the domain location, but there is just something about the staff downtown. I love them all! Tonight I had Rachel E and she was SO fun. Also shoutout to Molly at the front desk for always being so accommodating and wonderful. She’s seen me in every capacity and she’s always so kind and helpful. Both of them were so wonderful this evening especially after I wasn’t feeling so glamorous walking in. Highly recommend 🩷

Negative stars. Google won’t let me respond to the business owner’s responses on other negative reviews, so I’m leaving a review about the purported “brand wide” extended pricing at the downtown Austin location. I’m not sure what they’re basing that on, but it is completely false. Just two weeks ago, my wife got a blowout at the dry bar in Plano. They did not try and charge her extra after the blowout lasted 1 hour and 3 min. We asked the lady at the front desk why that was, and she said they only charged for extended time if the blowout went over 90 min. NINETY MINUTES. At Austin downtown, if you go over 45 min (including a wash), they charge you the extended pricing…which is an extra $30! That’s over half the price of the original blowout and half the time of the DFW locations. It’s so wild. The front desk lady at the Plano location looked at us like we were crazy when we told her what they were doing at the Austin downtown location. So insane and bad business. And now you have the owner getting on here telling everyone it’s “brand-wide.” It’s absolutely not.

If you are going to make a determination to charge extra time ($30 for 30 mins) for a blow out before I even get there don’t assign me a hair stylist that does not know how to work with curly hair. It was like she intentionally slowed down even more taking her time plugging in and unplugging tools and my hair in the back looked bad as if I rolled out the bed. I just wanted the straight look like I had during other visited. She acted as if she didn’t want to touch my hair. I am very disappointed after being a long time customer.
