My clip ins were placed horribly and did not blend at all. I was so embarrassed when I left and noticeable none of my clip in tracks were laid flat or secure. I had to return back to the salon to have this fixed immediately. Then I had to have another stylist fix it and had to wait another 30 mins just for her to attempt to fix it. I don’t think these stylists are well knowledgeable about properly placing extensions. Not one person apologized for this inconvenience. This was the worst appointment I had. I also was charged for a full service when I have the double membership. I was told I can’t use my membership benefits till the 20th of each month. She explained that I can only use my benefits on the 20th till the end of the month. This makes no sense whatsoever! There’s no place I’ve been to, where I have a membership and can only use the last two weeks of the month! I’m extremely upset and disappointed. I would’ve never signed up for a membership with DRYBAR if your salons were transparent and not misleading. This is unfair and quite a scam. I want a full refund and probably won’t be returning for anymore clip in services. I’m really upset and was looking forward to impressing my boyfriend on our date. I had to cancel because of how bad my hair looked. Also, using an extremely small mirror so I can barely see the back my hair doesn’t help either. As soon as my boyfriend saw me, he told me he could see my clip ins were placed so uneven and could see them from the top of my head. HORRIBLE! I wasted money and time! Definitely canceling my membership once my 3 month requirement is done. SMH!

This was my first time going to Drybar and I truly couldn't be happier with the results! I had Kate as my stylist and she was fantastic and did such a wonderful job. I'll definitely be making another appointment and coming back again!

I booked a last minute appointment, and was able to get in on a Saturday afternoon. When I checked in the receptionist were extremely welcoming and very sweet, I ended up having Lizzie has my stylist today and I am so lucky I did. She listened to exactly what I wanted and kept checking in to make sure that it was what I was wanting. I have naturally curly hair and got the southern comfort, but more of a blow dry look on the bottom just because of my natural curls, I’d like for it to look more like a blow out instead of my curly look! She was the sweetest stylist I’ve ever had at a drybar and I’ve visited in 2 other states. If you end up visiting this location you should absolutely ask for Lizzie!! I wish I lived here to visit her more often as this was one of the best blowouts I’ve ever received. Loved this location!!!

Met some of the girls at a marketing event at the Glendale Civic Center and I won a free blowout. I came in yesterday to get my free blowout and it was such an amazing experience. Previously at other locations I have not had an amazing experience but this Glendale location… are you kidding me?! They’re amazing, so kind, and willing to actually listen to me and what I want. I’ve never left so happy and received so many compliments. Dry Bar Glendale thank you!!!!

I’ve been a loyal client at Drybar for quite some time, but my recent visits have been extremely disappointing. I even canceled my membership recently after having a horrible experience with a stylist at another location. I decided to give this location another chance, but unfortunately, it was just as bad—if not worse. I arrived on time for my appointment, as always. My blowouts have always been booked for 90 minutes, and I consistently pay extra for extensions. However, this time the front desk staff insisted on charging me more for additional time due to a “new policy.” What frustrated me most was the lack of professionalism and communication. No one called ahead to let me know about this supposed new policy. Instead of advising me for my next appointment, the front desk instructed my stylist to cut me off at the 90-minute mark and even interrupted mid-appointment to say I only had 10 minutes left. I’m sure she just wanted to leave early since I was the last client of the day. The result was the worst blowout I’ve ever had at Drybar. My hair looked unfinished, and I ended up having to fix it myself at home—which defeats the entire purpose of coming here. I left feeling frustrated, undervalued as a loyal client, and like I wasted both my time and money. If policies change, the right thing to do is to inform customers in advance—not to spring it on them mid-appointment and then rush them out the door.
