Clearly this location is known for charging the extended fee. Read the reviews. Buyers beware! No other location does this happen to me. They put this in my profile and now they automatically charge me, even if I go over by only 10 min, $30 extra. And who is to say it couldn’t have ended at 45 min if they didn’t go into the appointment with preconceived intentions. And I want to add this is not in my profile at other locations…they aren’t accusatory at other locations. It felt very uncomfortable. She went over by 10 minutes but the policy is for 90 min. I could have had an entire other blow out in that extended time.

I have had a drybar membership in the past and had great experiences with senior stylists at this location. I called to make this appointment this morning and asked for availability with senior stylists this week. I asked for availability this upcoming Friday and the front desk lady left me on hold for 10 minutes then abruptly hung up the phone without answering my questions. I would’ve appreciated more respect and professionalism.
