Outstanding dryer vent professionals! We have our dryer serviced/vent cleaned yearly and they are always on time, provide great service, and good pricing. We have needed them to come check our dryer as well for an issue and they were able to diagnose it and made a recommendation on what to do. 5/5! Thanks so much!

Luis and Francisco are the best team. Why? Luis was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and was very thorough in making sure the work is done right the first time with the help of Francisco. Luis even put in a new clamp to secure the aluminum dryer hose duct. Great customer service. BRAVO! A real pleasure to conduct business with the company and the staff 👏. We'll see you next year!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Dryer Vent Professionals, Inc. The lead technician Luis was extremely informative during the cleaning process. My dryer has been in service for 2 - 3 years and admittedly, I have not done any vent cleaning maintenance on it. My vent is a long run that exhausts on the 2nd story of my house which probably hasn't been cleaned for five years or longer. Luis showed me before and after pictures of all, and WOW, what a difference. All looks new now. I feel very lucky that I didn't have either a dryer fire or a house fire. I will definitely be calling Dryer Vent Professional, Inc. on a regular basis and highly recommend you do the same.

Talk about saving my rear end!! The professionals at Dryer Vent Professionals of San Diego did a fantastic job. Setting up the appointment was easy, they arrived during the window provided and offered excellent service. I let Dariusz the owner know my situation, we had a burning smell after doing a load of laundry and were concerned about our dryer. He let me know this was something they handled all the time. Once they got to work, he showed me exactly what was happening in my dryer and my jaw dropped to the floor...there was maybe an inch layer of lint in the bottom of my dryer, completely burnt, thankfully it didn't completely catch on fire and burn our house down. The dryer came with the house when we purchased it a couple of years ago and we didn't think to have it professionally cleaned out. Now we will do it every year! They also cleaned our my vent system and provided a video of the cleaning tool going all the way to the top of my vent up to the roof. After cleaning, everything looked like it was brand new. The team also mentioned my dryer would likely need a new belt and another piece to keep it running smoothing in the next year or so. No pressure to replace anything now. If there are any issues, they said to give them a call and they would make it out to resolve them. We ran the dryer after they left and everything is running so smoothly now. 10/10 - Highly Recommended

Excellent technician, found issue with dryer, partial combustion of lint!!! Even though lint trap always cleaned, enough accumulated to cause blockage of vent pipes and in dryer! Dariusz went the extra step to clean both, test the heat level as well as the air flow..took it one step beyond..five star rating for excellent technical knowledge and service..
